The instrument always sounds glorious when he is finished. Recently he addressed an issue with my piano's action and solved the problem quickly and affordably. He is a meticulous and careful worker who uses state of the art tuning technologies. Mark has been the tuner/technician of my Steinway grand piano for several years. I would highly recommend him to anyone for expert care of the piano, from home piano to church and concert pianos.
